Our Potato Harvest from the School Garden

Back in the spring, we planted potatoes, carrots and onions in our school garden. This week, children from 1st to 4th Class enjoyed digging up and harvesting our potatoes.
On Friday, Madeleine and some of the children used our freshly harvested potatoes and onions to make a delicious potato salad. We all really enjoyed tasting the potatoes and onions we had grown ourselves!
