Jack & Jill Foundation ‘Power Hour’ Fundraiser

We had great fun last Friday when the whole school came together to take part in the ‘Power Hour’ fundraiser in support of the Jack & Jill Foundation.

The children had a fantastic time enjoying a disco, garden activities, rounders, playground games and a penalty shoot-out. It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and having fun while supporting such a worthwhile cause.

Thanks to the generosity of our school community, we raised an amazing €208. Every €20 raised provides one hour of in-home nursing care to support a family in need, making a real difference to children and their families.

We were delighted to be part of the Today FM nationwide fundraiser, which has raised an incredible €415,000 so far.

A huge thank you to all our pupils, families and staff for their generous contributions and for helping us support this very worthy cause. Your kindness and generosity are greatly appreciated!
